"Lovely print, just a bit of a wait"
I ordered a print from Lucy Pittaway and I’m really happy with it overall. The colours are gorgeous in person, even nicer than I expected, and it turned up really well packed so there wasn’t any damage or anything like that. The only reason I’d knock it down slightly is that delivery took a little longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t a massive problem... just one of those things. I’d still definitely order from them again.

"Helpful staff, but still annoying"
The staff were really helpful and sorted my question quickly, but i’m still annoyed it even had to come to that. Someone should’ve had this made clearer from the start instead of leaving me to chase it up.

"Decent print, but the wait was frustrating"
I ordered a print the delivery took way longer than I expected. The updates weren’t very clear either, so I kept feeling like I was just waiting around with no idea what was going on. I also had to sit in a queue when trying to get help, which made the whole thing even more annoying. The print itself was fine when it finally arrived, but the experience was frustrating enough that I’m not sure I’d order again

They kept me updated well throughout, i didn’t run into any real issues. Just based on how it felt, I’d say everything was handled smoothly and I was comfortable with the process.

"Nice print, but the packaging could be better"
The print itself looked really nice, and I was happy with the quality at first glance. Unfortunately, one of the corners was bent when it arrived, which was disappointing. The packaging felt a bit too thin for something being shipped, so I don’t think it offered enough protection. Customer service did reply, which I appreciated, but it was still annoying to deal with. For the price, I expected it to arrive in better condition.

"Nice Art, But a Bit Pricey"
Stopped by the gallery and my first impression was that the artwork was really nice, lots of pieces that caught my eye right away. I’ll admit I tend to judge places quickly, and since the staff seemed busy and didn’t really check in much, I just assumed it wasn’t the most welcoming spot. The prices also felt high to me, so I mostly just enjoyed looking around rather than seriously considering buying anything.

I ordered a print and while the item itself was fine, the delivery took a lot longer than I expected. The frustrating part was mostly the lack of updates, so I was left wondering when it was actually going to arrive. If you’re ordering for yourself and aren’t in a rush, it’s probably okay, but I’d definitely suggest giving yourself plenty of extra time if it’s for a gift or a specific date.

"Print colours were ridiculously off"
I was really disappointed with how this turned out. The print colours looked nothing like I expected, which is kind of ridiculous. I wouldn’t order again unless they fix the colour accuracy.

"Nice site, but a little tricky on mobile"
At first I thought the site was really easy to use because it looks nice and loads well, but actually, once I started trying to find certain prints, it took me longer than I expected. The filters are okay, or I guess they work, but they could definitely be clearer on mobile.

"Poor packaging, disappointing experience"
My print arrived in bad shape because the packaging was bent and barely protected it. The corners were bashed up and the whole thing felt like it had just been thrown together. For the price, I really expected a lot better. What annoyed me most is that it felt like they made their poor packaging my problem to deal with. Really disappointing...

"Nice artwork, but a bit disappointing"
I do like the artwork itself, and the delivery was totally fine, but the finish just wasn’t quite what I was expecting. The frame had a couple of small marks on it, and the print sits slightly crooked inside, which is the kind of thing you notice once it’s on the wall. It’s not terrible and I’m keeping it because I don’t have the energy to go back and forth with customer service over it. For the price though, I expected it to be a bit neater. It still looks okay up, just not as polished as I’d hoped.

"Pretty happy with it"
My order showed up just how I picked it online, so that was nice. Nothing missing, no weird wrong print or anything like that, which I was kinda relieved about. It did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but overall I’m happy with it.

"I spent a bit of time…"
I spent a bit of time looking through the artwork, it just didn’t really pull me in. Some pieces are definitely bright and nicely put together, but a lot of it felt kind of similar to me, especially the sheep and landscape ones. Maybe that’s just my taste?? I can totally see why other people would enjoy it, but for me it felt a little too safe and samey. I was hoping for something with a bit more personality or edge. It’s nice enough, just not really my thing.

I bought a Lucy Pittaway print as a gift for my mum. The website was easy enough to use and it arrived in good condition, so no issues there. The print itself was lovely, but the style is quite specific, so I don’t think it would be everyone’s cup of tea. Also, not saying it’s a scam, but the prices did feel a bit high for what was meant to be a casual gift. My mum liked it though, which is the main thing. I’d probably buy again, but only if I knew the person was already into this kind of art.

"Refund came through, but slow"
Ordered a print, then changed my mind and asked about a refund quickly. Replies were slow, and I had to chase for basic info. Got the refund in the end, but the whole thing felt clunky. I wouldn’t order again if there’s any chance I might need to cancel or return.
